Default T1R or KDW2

Choosing between those 2 seems a tough choice, what do i need to know to make the right decision?

I might put 255-40-18rear BFG KDW2
235-40-18front TOYO T1R

Thanks

I'm running KDW2 in stock 18" sizes. The tire is amazing in wet. Quite grippy in dry.

But.... they are pretty loud. Under 40, they sound like monster truck tires. After 40, up to 80+ they are quiet or maybe even more quiet than stock.

Myself and 2 other people here have noticed some squirm from the rear (see posts about hard braking) . When taking an off/onramp at a 'spirited' speed, I have felt little nudges or small bumps at the rear. My suspension is stock and there were no expansion joints on the road (and its happened a few places). Not to concern you, because the car didnt become unstable. I didnt feel like I lost grip. If felt more like uneven sidewall flex. Again, I didnt feel like I was going to slip, these tires are sticky. Perhaps I'm feeling this because they are so sticky. Dunno.. just didnt feel that ever with stock tires.

Buy them again? Not sure at this point. They are a good value. At that price point, I think they are a 'strong buy', but I will spend alittle more next time I think.

I'm torn between same 2 choices.

Since my Toyo T1s is wearing out in 6k miles, I'm looking for some new set of tires within 2-3months.

Since T1R is still brand new and not many people have them, I'd wait a bit more to see some reviews for it.

I have 17s for the Z, but 245/45/18 for my 300M Special, and have looked at the BFG KDW2, but I've read that despite awesome handling they wear faster than average for a performance tire and in magazine reviews (and tirerack) they report parts of the tire coming off during hard driving.

I have a friend that runs Yokahama ES100s and he likes them a lot. They have a 280 treadwear, dont cost that much, and have good traction.
