Default Lowering question

Hey guys, I just recived my Axis Milanos, they are 245/35, 20", would be a bad idea to drop the car, and if I should, what would be the best kit to use?

Im assuming the rear are 275/35, 20' right. If you lower it you may need to roll the fenders. you may not if you choose springs that have a little drop i.e. .5 inch or use coilovers but there a little more pricey.

Fender clearances are not just a tire size issue. What offset and rim with you will be running are directly linked any and all clearance issues. You'll want to look at past post's on the subject to some up with what offset, rim width and tire size combo's avoid all clearance issues. You want a setup that does not rub in the suspension's entire range of travel. Thinking it's ok with just a small drop doesn't help you if you don't have the clearance you need and you take advantage of the fact that your driving a sports car and corner hard and bam, rub rub rub. Do the right thing, you and your car deserve it. I know we like aggresive offset's, but I would avoid a setup that not everyone agree's will be rub free.

My rims are 245/35 20" for both front and back wheels, I am looking at the Eibach kit or the Tein kit but I am not sure which one is better for my car, and how low should I drp it, thanks alot guys.

I have those wheels and if you got the 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear with those 245/35's you can get a pretty decent drop. I have the Eibach Sportlines and the rears fit perfect but the fronts rub a little (255/35 fr and 285/30 r). Eibach Pro-Kit would be a good route!

If you did not get them staggered then u can go with tein or eibachs. i have 245/35 and 285/30 on tein s techs and have plenty of room.

Hey ze, you got pics of your ride with those s-techs? What kind of gap do you have (1-2 finger)?

I'm about to install some 20's, 20x8.5 front offset +25, rear 20x10 offset +25, and I will be dropping the Z with some RS-R Ti2000 0.6" drop. Will it rub? Tires TOYO T-1R 245/35/20 AND 275/30/20. Thanks
