Borla True Dual. I installed by myself, easily. The sound was great before my FI, even better afterwards.

You can see the pieces in the pic. I think it is better because you can fit it just right and make sure it does not rub on anything. Putting it together was a snap. You just fit them together loosely, make sure everything is clear from rubbing and then tighten down. I am not sure how much HP it increased, I didn't dyno before and after, but it was a huge improvement over stock. It looks really nice too. I bought a used one from a forum member for $400 shipped.

The sound is nice, like a low rumble, deep and throaty. It isn't raspy at all. I spent a long time looking for the right exhaust, until I found this one.

sorry if this is a newbie question but what is the difference between a true dual exhaust setup and a single. isnt the stock setup a single? and would you increase or lose power going with a TD.

Best thing to do is take some time & go to one of the meets in your area so you can listen to people's exhaust systems for yourself. Exhaust tones can be very subjective & although sound clips gives you a good idea, it's not the same when you're actually next to or in the car. Also, keep in mind that the tone of an exhaust system may change if you add any additional mods such as HF Cats, Y-Pipes, Test Pipes, Headers, etc...Good luck & happy modding!
