Just put some Toyo T1 R's on the Brick. Questions.
Well, after much internal debate I ended up with T1 Rs because they came in OEM sizes while Goodyear F1s did not.
Anyway, questions:
-Any Toyo users who can give me an idea of how many miles I can expect on the set? (I don't burn rubber or drive real hard).
-Nissan said 35 psi on pressure for the OEM tires. Since the Toyos are the same size is it still 35 PSI?

i run 37-38 psi on my toyos. i got 20K+ on my T1S's and the car was lowered and in many stages of alignment. now that it is aligned, i would expect at least 25K+

Keep us informed on how these tires work out. I haven't seen any reviews yet. I'm thinking of trying the Toyos or the Michelin PS2's.

Will do. I don't think the PS2s come in 18" OEM sizes.
Right off the bat I can say the ride is much quieter and slightly less bouncey.
Handling feels neutral but I have not given it a good test yet.

So far I believe I have about 8k-10k on them and they have plenty of treadwear left- and I'm kinda the opposite- I drive nuts and enjoy the track.

I have 35psi in the front, 37 in the back...only had about 2000kms on them but I do burn rubber very occasionally but they seem to hold it pretty good.

I have the T1-S, and so far they have about 11K miles on them. Plenty of tread left, and I run them at 37 psi.

Looks like most of you are running at 37 psi. I realize this is "pik-nit" but why a couple pounds over Nissan recommendation?
