Smile I'm very confused

I'm just begining to learn about wheels and fitments, so please, bare with me. I have on order a 350z touing 6sp., and i am trying to do a little research on what aftermarket wheels i can put on my car. So far i'm leaning towards the mismo LM GT4s, but, i have been reading some of posts and I'm very confused now. The offset posted on the nismo website for the LM GT4s is +25 and +25, but, the Volk TE 37(same sizes-18"x8.5 and 18"x9.5) is different...why? Which one is wright..are they both wright? And then i was reading one of the posts by Luke@tirerack and he says these offsets are wrong. Please help in clarifying this for me as i would like to order some wheels in the near future, thanks very much

The actual Nismo site (nismo.com is japanparts.com), www.nismo.co.jp, indicates the offset for the LM-GT4 is +25 in front and +30 in back.

That's what I've ordered. Unfortunately I'm not getting any delivery answers from where I ordered, so if that keeps up beyond today I'm reordering from ProSpec and cancelling the order I placed a week ago today with the other vendor.

Default Nismo Offsets

Guys,

There are 2 offsets posted by Nismo - +25 / +25 which is the info that I have posted previously (Check out the Nismo Japan Parts List for their car & Japanparts site)

BUT

there is also a +25 / +30 setup on the Nismo site which is the info posted by Victor

Both Cool

Their web says they are based out of HI. They are hosted in No. Calif, which isn't unusual, however their web has no contact info other than email, which is unusual...

and you're wright they have it +25 in the front and +30 in the back, as opposed to +25 all around, in Japanparts.com. Does anybody know why the discrepensy on the same size wheels and manufacturer? What to do?

LMGT4 for Z will be as follows:

18x8.5 +25
18x9.5 +30

This is a new fitment that is not available from RAYS at this time - It will be in production and ready to sell through Nissan Dealerships in the USA in the Summer of '04

They are not produced yet in Japan - so if you ordered the wheels from anyone in the USA you will wait for a long *** time.

OK folks,

I did get a response today regarding delivery so I'm a happy camper again.

I didn't want to name the vendor until I gave them ample opportunity to respond. I hope everyone understands.

Uh Oh, now I'm concerned again... I want the +25 fronts, and +30 rears as I believe Nismo has a reason for this fitment...

When I think about it, I'm ordering from a JDM importer, so if these are available in Japan then I should be OK. (I hope!)

If you get them, post them up. After checking with RAYS Japan, Production wont be avail until next year. Samples haven't even been produced.
