hey aznmojo, just hit your cardomain up (iangto) got to say, you take awesome care of your car!!

Btw, i mentioned earlier that I have tein s techs as well, I want 285/35 for my next tire which I will be buying in a month or two, did you have any rubbing problems? Have you gotten on your car WOT and experienced no problems? I plan on going to the race track with this setup, and wanted to know if the Teins squat any under WOT to possibly make it rub? I watched a video of me racing this S2k, and I didnt notice the rear squatting any, but just wondering if you knew, later!!!

Congrats, yeah I had the same problem, with stock suspension it only seemed to rub on bumps and dips. BFG KDW's have a larger and thicker sidewall than most tires which causes the rubbing, it's a simple fix with a small cut and make sure they put undercoating on the cut to prevent rusting. Had a shady problem with Wheel Discount they promised me it would fit and everytime I called to ask how to fix they would give me the "runaround"
Not to metion those bastards overcharged my credit card and never refunded the $$$! Worst place to buy wheels EVER! But that was a while back too, sorry just ranting.

Sweet rims! I got the same set but in Mercury Silver. 19x8.5 front & 19x10.5 rear. I wanted 9.5 in the front but they weren't in stock. :-/

I went with the 285's in the rear as well, but got T1-R's which seem to have slightly less bulging than the KDW's.

Chris at F1 Motosports hooked me up as well. Best prices and service.

No i did not have any problems whatsoever running Falken FK451's in 285/35/19 on the rear with no fender mod and dropped on teins. The teins are pretty decent, but if you want to track, probably should look into coil overs.

Like I said, Falken tread profile is the skinniest of the bunch. I'm not surprised you didn't need to roll/cut.

BFG is much wider even for the same tire size... I don't know why.

Hey Wired think you can get a close up pic of your rear wheel, and asnmojo can you get one of yours? It would really help me out when I buy my next tires, plus we can see how much different the sidewalls are, the BFG's are the best for traction right? how the the Falkens compare, I want a NICE 285/35 that has good traction....thanks for the help!

Falkens have a rounder sidewall for the same 285/35/19 size. I kinda like that look better as opposed to a straight up sidewall.

For the people that rolled their fenders already, how come you guys didn't go up to 295+?

Because I'm not FI...? I haven't even gotten these tires to chirp when powershifting yet. More than enough traction.

Nice Hot Wheels Wired 24/7 I really like the BFG. I just got them too after reading this post I got brave and did it by cuting instead of rolling. But, I just put the BFG KDW NT 295/35/19 on my Racing Hart CX there 19x10 with the tein S teck spring. I don't have any issues with them at all. I got to say that it looks really mean from the back.

You cut your fenders yourself? Hope you sealed it up bro, I would be afraid of rusting.

How does the 295 tire fit on the 10 rim? Does it look good, or kind of funky, I thought 285 was the biggest you should go on a 10inch rim. How about some pics!?

Don't worry, when we cut the fenders. We're always touch-up so will not get rusting!
