245-45-18 all around?

I need winter tires on my car, I couldn't find any thing in the stock staggered sizes, 225, fronts 245's rear, but the tech said that 245-45-18's all around would work. Can anyone verify this? The car is a 04' G35 coupe sixspeed (brembo's) thanks- Jeff
