If you're not dropped or lowered, you'll be fine. I have the same size wheels but just slightly different offsets, and I'm lowered on Hotchkis springs. I've never had issues with the fenders.
BTW, nice wheels.

Nice choice in wheels OP
As Dave said you should be fine as long as you don't go too crazy with tire sizes.
I would go 255-40-18 & 285-40-18 front and rear tire sizes
Since your car is already in the shop getting repainted have the shop roll your rear fenders just in case

Yea idk about rolling fenders lol it's my dads shop
but he's still charging me
lol I don't want any vdc/tcs probes so I'm going on 18x10 18x9
I'm getting em by this week from a friend in 9k racing in the city of Covina 1480 flat no tax or bs

additionally, even if you believe that the width of the wheel matters, you could still screw up the ratio
a 255/40 is fine for the front, but if you do 285/40 for the rear, you will be 1.1% too slow. whereas, a 275/55 rear will only be .1% too fast. basically, a 285 will read 60 mph when you are actually traveling 60.7 mph. whereas a 275 will read 60.0 mph when you are actually traveling 60 mph.
it doesn't seem like much of a difference but remember the vdc works of the abs sensor so if the rear wheels spin at different speeds than the front then it will trigger the vdc to go off.
much simpler solution is to delete the vdc
or you can do some homework and use this link to figure out proper ratios:

Hmmm let me think n see I like p0tentials z33 stance ill see wats best
thanks a lot guys so if its 18x10 all around it won't **** with vdc if I run tires 255-front... 275-rear it'll be cool??

yes, fenders were rolled, but i also have spacers on to widen the stance.
please note that i had a typo in my previous response. i meant to say 275/40, not 275/55.
also, i'm not trying to sell you on getting wider wheels or anything. i am just merely educating you that the wheel width is not the determinant of vdc problems. you can choose whatever width wheel you want for the front and back, just make sure that you mate tires to it that don't change the initial ratio and you'll be a-okay.
good luck!
