Question The better set-up

I'm going to make my choice between these different set up:

18x9 front 18x10 rear (245/40 - 275/40)

18x9 front 19x10 rear (245/40 - 265/35)

19x9 front 19x10 rear (245/35 - 275/35)

18x8,5 front 18x9,5 rear (245/40 - 275/40)

What do you think guys?
Can you help me?
Thanks for your collaboration...
Cosimo

I need to double-check my depth but I'm running 18's : 245/40 - 275/40 and really like the setup.

when you say performance, do you mean performance at the sacrifice of looks or somewhere inbetween?

if you are all performance, lightweight 17's are the way to go, 18's as second, 19's are pushing the limits of looks vs performance.

does your vehicle have TCS/VDC? if you have neither, a non-staggered width setup would be desired. although it is the rolling circumference that the TCS/VDC looks at, you will give us more options if you don't have vehicle electronics in the way.

for performance, go 18's and as light as you can
so pick #1 option or #4, the 0.5 inch difference in width isn't that much of a difference.
i would change your front to 255/40/18 and rear either 265/40/18 or 275/40/18 to reduce the width stagger to reduce understeer. however, since you have TCS/VDC the 255/265 may be a problem. the 245/275 combo used by most is tried and true, but will make understeer worse and the 245 has less circumference than stock. i run 255/275 myself

for looks, pick what you like

There are some pretty light 18's out there. I would go 18's #1 setup. It may be possible for looks and performance. Just my $.02

I've got the 19x9 front 19x10 rear (245/35 - 275/35) setup, though I decided on the light weight volks. So it looks beautiful and performance wise is excellent with all that tire.

I'd go 18s as well.. the Nismo ones are among the lightest/most affordable out there, following Enkeis..

The Enkeis are very light.. if you're going with 10" or wider in the rear, I'd go wider tires like 295/35/18s given the proper offset, then squeeze some 255s up front on 9" or wider. The VDC "problems" aren't what people make them out to be.
