Default Ordered the 19" Axis Seven Mod's

Well folks, I am soon to be the 1st proud owner of Axis Seven Mods'. Cant wait for them to arrive.

Now for the task of picking out tires that actually FIT on these stupid rims.

245 35 19s will fit nice up front
Rears are another story. The rims are only 8" wide so it should be intersting to fit up. I may chance the 275's simply because there IS NO adequate 265 that I can find (maybe someone else can). And i dont know if 255's will be nearly wide enough.

Err. HELP!

can't wait to see it!!!

you could go 255/40/19

that would be the right size to NOT screw up your speedo.

255 are NOT narrow by any means, and I have contemplated getting them to help decrease rear grip (help decrease understeer) and save a little wieght over the 275.

Eh they dont offer a staggered pattern. 8" is the max they make in the 1piece. The 3 piece is over 1300$ a PIECE!

Wadd,
Ya finally ordered them huh ? What did it set you back in the end? When you get pics you better post them, and some closeups. Also how long you think it will be till ya get them on?

1430 total shipped. I did NOT get tires since I can get them locally much cheaper from a friend. They should ship sometime this week. He is just waiting on them to arrive I believe. Then they will be sent priority UPS.

OF course many pics will be coming

Offsets- i dunno, but they were ok (i was looking for them again, but cant seem to find it)

He prob got 19x8 all around because 19x8 is the only size that the 19's come in. I am prob gonna do the same but have thought about a staggerd 19x8 front, and 20x10 rear.

Exclamation

35 if that's the smallest they can go. You'll be pushed in 5mm more than stock as it is with the 35mm....no way you would want to go any higher.

Maybe we are using different calculators but this is what I got.

Stock 7.5 w/30 offset vs my 8 w/35
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 11mm LESS. The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 1mm THIS IS GREAT

Stock 8 w/33 offset vs 8 w/35
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 2mm LESS. The outside edge of the wheel will RETRACT in towards the body by 2mm

This is almost identical to stock

Nevermind....I was thinking you had the stock 18's, not the 17's.

My bad.

How do you think a staggerd setup would work, running 19x8 in the front and a 20x10 in the rear? ?
