Default Any rubbing issues with 40 series sidewall?

Just bought some new Volk GT7's from Chris at F1 Motorsports. Great guy and great price if your looking for some new shoes. I'm not gonna be lowering my car soon plus I found some nice deals on some 40 series sidewall tires. I'm going 9.5" fronts and 10.5" rears. I thinking 255/40/19 on the fronts and 275/40/19 in the rears. First of all is this do-able? If so, will I have any issues with traction control or will I have any rubbing issues? I'm thinking having a bigger sidewall will help eliminate some of the stretch look with a 275 tire on a 10.5" rim. Plus I wouldn't mind some add padding for the wheel. Any wisdom in this matter with be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
