Have you tried hard braking at 60 mph on dry pavement? What happens?

The more important question is why does your wife need a vibrator?? Are you not performing?...

If you have practiced braking at 60 mph on dry road, it should sound feel like a tamper (on of those tools used in road construction) banging on the front axle.

In the rain, it should be the same. You must have confidence that ABS will work and hit the brakes HARD!

Would I attempt to slam the brakes on snow and ice to test ABS? Heck no. My car won't even drive on snow and ice.

I've had the abs kick in on me several times. It feels like something is banging on the brakes very hard when I slam on the brakes on dry road. However, it is just a strong plusation when I slam on the brakes in extreme wet/slippery condition. Most time you wont even feel them....but they are working constantly.

On a side note, I feel that the ABS(brake booster) kick in too early... espacially when I am taking a corner HARD and braking at the same time.
