Question It's newb tire question time!!!

I have a set of Michelin PS2's, 295/30/19 in the rear, on a 10.5" wheel. My car is still not ready, so I haven't mounted them yet, but I was wondering if there were any better tires in 19's I could get for straight line traction. I'm not planning on doing any road racing, but I still don't want it to handle shitty on the street, and it has to be highway rated. I've looked at the Pirelli Corsa, which looks pretty sweet, but I'm wondering how well it handles at the drags. Any other suggestions are more than welcome. Or, if my PS2's are my best bet, than great! Thanks.

Please don't suggest getting 18's and DR's

Okay guys, don't all jump in at once

Should I keep my PS2's? That's my gut feeling but I just want to make sure there's not something better out there before I mount the Michelin's. Keep in mind I'm running a twin turbo with fully built motor, so I need as much grip as I can get.

PS2's are probably the best street tire to get other than DR's or competition. They lasted 20k miles for me and i could of gotten more out of them but they were not in camber specs.

PS2's are one of Michelin's best tires... KEEP 'EM!!! Or you could try out the Bridgestone SO-3 Pole Positions (grippy as hell) Dont waste your time with Pirelli's, they are WAY overrated.

A few of my friends had SO-3's and said the PS2's were noticeably better, but the SO3's are great tires. Im currently using REO50A's in the rear and they are good tires. They lack the lateral grip like the PS2's had but straight line are just as good.

in ideal operating conditions (heated up) the corsa is goin to have more grip for sure.
cold tire grip means nothing....plus ps2 and so3 are max high performance and corsa is competition (R compound)
