Default 5Zigen ProRacer GN+ on Daytona Blue pics

Finally got around to posting some pics of the new wheels/tires. I burned up most of the rear tires on my FondMetal 9x's drifting and decided to get a new set of wheels/tires. Drift post is here if anyone is interested https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/162093-my-first-drifting-experience-pics-and-video.html

I replaced them with 5Zigen ProRacer GN+'s in Hyperblack. 17x9.5 38et with a 3mm spacer up front. The 22et might be a better offset but SPL Parts (www.splparts.com) had these in stock and I didn't want to wait for the other offsets. They fit pretty flush in the front but the rears are a little tucked in from the fender. I should also be able to fit these on my 300zx with the 38 offset. Retaining the same offset front and rear will also allow me to rotate the tires. I haven't weighed these but they feel noticeably lighter than the Fondmetals.

This Hyperblack finish is very different from the Hyperblack on my FN01RC's. It is more of a flat/matte finish whereas the FN's are a much more polished/shiny finish.

I've got 275/40/17's front and rear. Hopefully this will provide added grip on the road course and eliminate understeer as I'm heading to Motorsport Ranch at the end of the month for another DE event.

Here are a few pics. I need to get the center caps on and take some new pics. Thanks to Kuah at SPL for hooking me up with the wheels! http://www.splparts.com/Parts/Univer...en/default.htm

It is lowered! Only a b1t with the S-tune though. Will have SPL Coilovers on it in the next month hopefully.

I think they're about 23-24lbs. Heavier than my FN's (19lbs) but a bit wider also. I'll have to weigh them without tires on next time I replace them. What size did you go with for your FN's?
