Unhappy New wheels won't fit... HELP!!!

Guys I just got 17" ASA rims with some winter rubber for my '03 Track, and I can't get the fronts on.

There's a bolt sticking out between the lugs that does not look removable, and it's hitting the inside of the rim. My stock rims do not have this inner ring, so they clear no problem.

What do I do? HELP!!!!!

I found somewhere in my Googling that it's safe to remove... only an alignment bolt. Silly me... ;-)

I removed those bolts, started the car, and took a trip back in time. Then I met my great great grandfather, and killed him. So now I’m in the 5th dimension because I wasn't born. My question is do I have to file a tax return for 2005? Thanks for your help.

Sorry, new tax code rules now apply. You must file as a Non-Represented Ex-Patriate. And since you have had contact with your great-great-grandfather he must now file as a Disembodied, Non-Represented, Non-Resident, Contacted Spirit. You will have to check with the IRS, I beleive there are enhanced taxes for both of these new classifications.
