Default 265/35-18? About to buy, need final input....

Ordered my 18" TE37's the first week of December, so give it another month and they should be here, so I am gonna go ahead and order my tires. I have 18x10.5R +22 and 18x9.5F +22 wheels on the way. I'm sure about the 295/35-18's for the rear with some fender rolling. I just need final thoughts on the front tires.

*I am wanting to run 265/35-18's on the front wheels w/o any rubbing issues. Final thoughts on whether or not this is a for sure fitment with 9.5 +22's???

Yep, you will be fine. I run 265's in the front on my 9.5" +27 and there is more than 5mm of clearance. Also, I'm running BFG KD's which are super wide in their size class. My 265' are a little bit wider than my 275 Pirelli's.

Let me know how the rear works out. I think you will definitly need to roll the fenders with +22's back there. I run 295's in the rear, but with a +30 offset on a 10.5"

Thanks alot man. Yeah i'm getting KDW's for all 4 corners. I am positive about rolling the rear fender (have seen a few other guys running this setup), i'm actually gonna do the rolling before the wheels even come in i'm so positive.

My main concern was just with the front, because the you can't roll them more than they come from the factory.

Anyone else running 265/35's on their 18s up front????

That's going to be a sweet setup. Have you considered the KD's instead of the KDW's? The grip is insane on the KD's

Well this is my daily driver and its already easy enough to make a car float on 295's, so KDW just seemed like the best option for hydro-resistance and wet-traction with incredible dry traction and cornering. Plus KD's are 307 each and KDW's are 229 each. so I will be saving roughly 200-250 bucks on tires.

PS...KD's have a 200 treadwear rating while the KDW-2's have a 300 rating, so thats another factor

265/35/18 up front is perfect size on that rim.. you could even do 275/35/18 if you wanted too...

awesome, thanks jason... i'll look into the 275/35 but probably just stick with the 265, just for that slight extra clearance
