For the front or back??

I the back it'll be fine. Roll the fenders just to be safe but if you don't, you probably won't have any issues anyways.

You'll have to 30 series tires with 20's...I know guys with 20's on their z that never mentioned any fender lip rolling...

It will rub a little with a +18 offset with a 275 tire regardless of 30 or 35 series, only because of the offset, a 20x10 should be between +22 - +28 offset, +18 is perfect for a 20/9.5, but i'm sure it wont be hard to overcome, if it does rub a little. 275/35 will fit a z, It just looks a little big. Better on 30 series and drop. as for the front yes you should be fine, close but fine , I recomend a 245/35 at the most

I actually started the same thread with my 18x9.5 +12 offset. I was told by
my dealer that Mackin Industries said it was equal to a 10.5 in with a +22.
I was told this would be flush with the rear fender.
