Question Looking for black/gunmetal 18s... help me wheel gurus.

I've decided I don't want a classy or pimp look. I want nasty. Really f**king nasty.

I'm looking for 18x8 and 18x9 in a max +30 offset, less than $400 per wheel and with a weight of 27 lbs. (stock rims) or less. So far I've found:

Black Racing N1 Pro - 18x8F 18x9R +30

Gewalt Evo III - 18x8F&R +30 (18x9 offset is too high)

I'd like a five or six spoke design and nothing with multi-fitments that leave you with that ugly-*** 10-hole look. Any others I should be aware of?

I like the Black Racing N1 Pro wheels in bronze for my Z (when I get it) But I have had trouble finding them in a +30 offset. Seems all the US distributiors can only get +38 offset. Let me know where you can get +30 in the states if you find them. I know the black racing offers +30, so WTF???

Gewalts are a great Japanese wheel. I used to have a set of Gewalt Evolutions (3 piece mesh rim w/ polished lip), the best wheel I've ever owned. If they still made them and if they came in a 19" size, I would definitely throw them on a Z.

Why is it that he'll never hint at pricing? Those Prodrives are SICK and exactly what I'm looking for, yet I'll bet that they're close to, if not more than $600 per wheel.

here is a good reference of tire widths to rim widths.
To quickly answer your question, you can safely run a 275 on a 9" rim.

UPDATE!

Black Racing N1 Pro 18x8F and 18x9R +30 offset... $860 shipped!

Gewalt Evo III 18x8F&R +30 offset, 18 lbs... $1280 shipped. Comes in Silver, Black and Diamond cut which is polished with clearcoat. Very interesting! Polished without the weight of chrome.

Both wheels have to be ordered and include a 45-60 day wait. Prices available by mentioning Importhookup.com (the site where you'll find these wheels.)

Probably because Wheelmax is a bait & switch operation and would send you the wrong size. There's been a few horror stories here as well as with the Florida BBB.

i've order 4 sets of wheels/tires with them from the same guy and never once had them bait/switch me. i've also heard complaints about the people who importhookup deal with. wheeloptions for one and also for tirerack. still wouldn't stop me from ordering from them.
