Default What is that number on my stock 18" rim (2006)?

Hey guys, quick question. I noticed this today but inside the rim there is a raised etch (looks like bars) that have numbers written on them. Wasn't sure what it was. Anyone know? My guess was maybe it was the weight of the rim?

I don't think he is talking about wheel balancing weights. I am not sure what it is but I see the same symbol on a lot of different OEM wheels.
