I have quick question, will I have problems with 20x9 +22 front and 20x10 +18 rear? My tire size is 245/35 and 275/35.

Rear might be a tight fit, but you should be ok.

 

I have this setup 20x8.5 & 20x10.0 with 255/30/20 & 285/30/20. The rear just looks perfect. I think you with your setup the tires are going to look to streched. My brother in law just got 20x8.5 with 245 and they look good.

i have 20x8.5 and 20x10 +20 all around with 245 and 275 tires...no rubbing, but no drop yet though, but i've heard hotchkis springs give a drop with no rubbing, so i'll go with that probably...no pics now, since i'm at work...sorry
