If you like them gold, get them gold!

Why is your avatar showing a Yellow Z if yours is black?

In my opinion black and gold is a no go. just because we have so many silver and chrome accents on the car (door handles, headlights, interior, etc) i think the gold might clash a bit, but that's just my thoughts. Like Kolia said, if you like gold, get gold. So long as you like the look, who really cares what others think. Just be sure and post pictures when you do get them

black + gold is an awesome combo though i would get the LE37T for a polished lip. I'm positive i've already seen a black Z or two with the Gold LE37Ts...just can't remember who posted them.

and as a case for black on gold...time for me to picture ***** hahahaha

Black and gold would look good if you get the polished lip like pictured above to tie in the door handles and other silver accents.

Forgot about the polished lip. noodleman's z looks hot with the gold wheels and polished lips, should help complete the car. That being said, I retract my previous statemnet about gold wheels after seeing that pic.

Haha, thanks for the props! I'm so glad my buddy convinced me to go gold

as for the black on black, it's really up to personal preference. To me, gold is hella flashy, while black on black is way more aggressive. Both are pretty clean imo, with black being abit cleaner.

edit: for a sample of black with just gold (no polished lip):

if you're only considering TE (the non-polished lip version), then black would probrably make your car really black. Gold TE's will still match well and some colour to the car.

LE (the polished lip version) on the other hand, it's a complete toss up for me. They're both hot in their own respects.

+1, not to mention that unless you get alot of bolt ons, you won't get much power from them. Then you wonder why you didn't just turbo it instead? :P

and if you're going for the polished lip, then it's the LE37 you're going for, not TE. There's a couple of pics around there that has an SB Z with gold LE37's...you just need to dig around.
