and he is REALLY worried that the Work VS-XX 19X10.5" with a +29 offset won't work for the rear because i have brembo's

can anyone justify this from experience?

Did you order them to clear brembo's? I have them ordered from Rick from STATUS, he said he'll hook up to where they can get them to clear BBK. I ordered 19X10.5 in the rear also.

 

you can custom order to clear your BBK. BTW, i have 10.5 with 29 offset also and they clear my Rotora. Brembo is bigger than Rotora?

 

do you have Work VS-XX though? these wheels have a flatter profile than most others.

 

Mine should be in in about 2-3 weeks...

 

he pretty much knows what he's talking about... my setup clears my brembo's perfectly...

 

When I was in the market for the VS-XX i was told by one of the vendors that it didnt fit brembos. I chose the Meisters instead.

 

You can special order all WORK wheels for any size, offset and color. Choosing the correct offset will determine if your wheels will clear bremos/BBK.

 

Did you specify you want a low disk or the biggest lip available? It's not about the offset but the disk. That's what determines if your brakes will clear or not. If you have Brembos in the rear you will have to sacrifice additional lip hence a higher disk to clear them.
