When did you change your RE40s? I'm at 8500 mi and I've already noticed traction loss.

 

I'm at 4200 mi. and both fronts have extreme wear along the outside edges. In fact, there's hardly any tread on the outside (but seem OK on the middle and inside) and they are worn from four track days.

Rears look OK and I may not replace them right away...

 

Never liked them from day one. Put on S-03s at 800 miles.

 

I'm having the dealer change them right now...I'm not even going to bother with them, especially in this climate.

 

At 1600 miles, they were beginning to show irregular wear on the edge of each front tire.

 

Going to Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Tomorrow Why?? cuz I like them better than the Potenza RE040's
