I am about to buy some toyo t1-rs tires 245/35/19 and 275/35/19...they are off of a guy that works for axis, and he did only a few drifts for a photo shoot and now he will sell me all four tires for 650 shipped. The front two have about 90-95 percent tread left and the left rear has 90-95 percent tread left, BUT the right rear is weird. Half the tire has about 70 percent left and the other half about 90-95 percent left. SHOULD I GO WITH THESE TIRES, and will that be safe or would i have to buy a new rear tire. PLease can somebody help me out, i need to let him know by today. deal or no deal? appreciate any help.

No.
Used tires are a risk not worth taking. You can do a visual check for exterior flaws, but you cannot cannot see problems caused by pot holes and smacking curbs. Tires are the #1 safety and performance mod. Don't skimp on tires.

He is asking for too much. People sell tires with 90-95% tread left for $350-$450 all the time on these forums. And thats with all the tires having 90-95% tread left too. I would not pay more then $400 for those 4. Heck, i would probabley not pay $400, more like $350.
