I bought H&R 15mm spacers all around and the car looks much better and the wheel wells are filled up nicely now! The only thing is what was mentioned about the vibrations at high speeds!! I need to fix this ASAP because at 130+ you start to slowly feel the vibs....but aesthetically, the spacers make the car look much more agressive in person, IMO...

Im more about the look and feel of the car rather than speed, and the Z for me is already quick enough....maybe down the line I will invest in motor mods but for now I love the look and ride!!

Your wheels are probably not sitting flush against the rotor thats why you are getting some vibrations.

The centerbore is machined exactly to spec for OEM wheels and sometimes when you add aftermarket wheels, they will not match up correctly. That's where the hubcentric ring come into play to correct the problem and make the wheel sit flush like OEM which in turn reduces vibrations.

It is usually not worth it to buy them online, you can pick them up localy at any tire shop such as Les Schwab or Discount tire and they should be able to assist you with the correct sizes as well. The rubber kind will do just fine for typical applications and will cost around $15-$20 for the set.

However if you are tracking and need some rings that can take some more abuse you may need to pickup aluminum ones and I can help you with pricing on those.

Just shoot me a PM if you are in need of some

I bought mine used and the heads of the bolts are pealing, any suggestions on how to fix these, I doubt they are functional and can just be unscrewed.

Sounds like the previous owner tried to take them apart and realize they were only a 1piece wheel with rivets only for looks

I am not too sure how to "fix" them besides powdercoating the whole wheel again.

Sorry!

NM350,

Very nice ride. That's a really low drop on your car - you say you have hit huge potholes and haven't bent the wheels, but what about the rest of your car? With your car so low I'm surprised you didn't damage or scrape any other part of the underside of your car????

i finally found a pic of these on a redline, and i must say i really like. These are 20s i believe. Now the only decision is to stick with 19s or go with 20s[IMG][/IMG]
