Sportmax 962 Wheels, Spacers, and Offsets Question
Looks like I'll be picking up some Sportmax 962 wheels from AutoRnD in 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. These wheels come with a 35mm offset.
My question is regarding the wheelspacer sizes to use with these rims. I currently am running 15mm Front and 20mm Rear spacers on my G35 19" RAYS.
I believe if I run the spacers in the same locations as they are now the Sportmax offsets would effectively become 19x8.5F 20mm Offset and 19x9.5R 15mm Offset. This should fit without fender rolling according to the "Top 100 Questions" thread in the main 350z Forum. Am I correct in my calculation of the spacers effect on the offset? They do indeed lower the offset, correct?
If I am correct on that count, then my second question is regarding whether it would be better to run the wheels that way or to switch the position of the spacers. If I put the 20mm spacers on the front, 15mm rear, then effectively the setup would be equivalent to 19x8.5F 15mm Offset and 19x9.5R 20mm Offset...
Which of these setups would be better for performance, traction, handling, or would there be minimal difference? As long as the wheels fit without fender rolling and I don't need to purchase spacers of the same size, I am fine with running it either way, I just want to know what I should do once these arrive. 15mm Spacers F, 20 R or 20 F, 15 R?
Thanks for any advice...

Anyhow, in regards to outer clearance
1) 19x8.5F +20 = 19x9+26
19x9.5R +15 = 19x10+21
2) 19x8.5F +15 = 19x9+21
19x9.5R +20 = 19x10+26
The look of the 2nd setup I think would be better looking.
And no, wouldn't need fender roll.

I had G35 OEM Wheels before. Manufactured by RAYS. Not Volk GT-C's?
Thanks for the reply. I'll probably switch the spacers to run 20mm spacers front, 15mm spacers rear.

Haha... It's cool man. The Sportmax *may* be a 'downgrade' to many from even the RAYS off the Infiniti, however I see them as a slight upgrade...
The downside is they may weigh 5-6lb. more each, but the big upsides are that they are actually an aftermarket, as opposed to OEM rim. Even moreso, they are .5" wider front and 1" wider rear, which will allow me to run 245/35 and 275/30 tires. Finally, visually they should look better as they will have a 1-2" lip front, and 3" lip in the rear...
I'll definitely post pics after they are installed. Look for late next week. Not sure on shipping times with the holidays and all...
