Default how to remove wheel hub

I unbolted the 4 bolts behind the front wheel hub assembly, that damn thing is still stuck there and won't budge a fraction of an inch.

Is there anything else holding this thing on? Or should I hammer away?

I got it out... I'll take a picture and you will understand why it wasn't coming out.

I had a bent knuckle that was replaced with a scrapyard part. (insurance claim)... the hub is one single piece of rust. Atleast the knuckle is aluminum and still good

ordered new one

Why are you taking apart your hub? I was thinking of taking apart mine to figure out what's up with all this pad knockback...lots of it.

the bigger the brake rotor the more knock back you will get...

all hubs are going to have a little bit of movement in them from the factory... all of them will be whitin the same tollerance...

I am putting longer studs. and I need to take half the stuff off anyway... my hub made sounded as if there was sand in it, so I took the opportunity to remove that as well.... thank god

Very easy to do, took me 15minutes.

take off caliper and rotor... and unbolt the 4 studs behind it (hopefully yours will be in better shape than mine).

Good time to get ride of that dustshield too
