VOLKS vs IFORGED?? - Lightness and Strength ?
Hi everyone..
I am planning on getting a set of rims for my FX 35..
Can decide between Volks and Iforged.. My main issue is lightness and strength at the same time.. As FX is a heavier car.. I dont want to deal with bending and breaking issues..
Anyone has thoughts on forged Rims on strength.. Volks or Iforged. .or what else?
Thanks

I wanna go down to 19'' from 20'' to lower the car a little as well as it is damn hard to get 20'' tires here in istanbul.. and those you find. .extremely expensive...
What were main issues with Iforged?

19 is waaaaaaay too small for an FX, you should be looking at like 22" IMO. FX is a sporty luxury cruiser, not a corner carver. PM Risk on this board, he has 22s on his FX and can give you some feedback.
Seeing as how you dont live in the USA, I would avoid iForged like the plague. Yeah some people have had better luck with them than others, but why take a chance with such a small company thats known for its unresponsiveness?

18's are an option on the FX, but they don't look nearly as nice as the 20's. An aftermarket rim with a lip, though, will "look" smaller than the stock 20 in the same size, just b/c of rim design. If you want a lower look, do it right and get the Eibach springs, remove the roof rails, if you have them, and it will look wicked. Check out InfinitiFX.org for more info. from members there and pics.

Cliff notes: Both are awesome wheels, pick the style you like the best and go for it.
