I'm getting nervous . I ordered my TE37's from F1 motorsports 108 days ago and still no word on when I'll get them. They said 60-90 days. Should I be concerned?

 

last time i've heard F1 is out of business.

i've dealt with Chris many times. he's always upfront and honest with his customers. im sure he'd shed some light on the situation if u talked to him.

they obviously forgot/misplaced your order. you need to call them and either get your money back or get confirmation on the purchase

 

I emailed Chris and he said the rears will be in the U.S. on 8/15. Then I emailed Chris again about 5 days later to see if the fronts came in. I never got a reply. So I called Chris, 5 days after that. He said they had not recived them from Japan yet. Mind you, when I called him it was well past 8/15.
Yes they charged my credit card already. That was my first mistake. I should have only given them just a deposit. I figured I would start to pay on the credit car while I waited for the wheels.
I heard nothing but good things about F1 so I figured it would be good to order from them...I guess I was wrong.

 

Dude trust me. Somebody like Chris has no intentions to screw you over. F1 has a well reputation. There's no reason for him to lie or delay his shipment to your door. **** happens man. I waited 3 months for my Work Meisters to come in when i ordered from chris. Others might wait 1.5 months. There are delays sometime so be patient. It'll be so worth it at the end bro.

Don't worry. Their shop is bi and very busy. They are very professional. Just got my GTS wheel installed there two weeks ago.

 

Yeah, don't worry about it. Chris will take care of you. I'm sure if you call again and ask him for an ETA he will let you know when the container is coming in, or if he doesn't know he's good at finding out and calling you back quickly!

 

Yes you should be concerned!!!!!! Why would you buy something from a place that says 3 months out...wait until they come in stock or buy from a reliable company that can get you things in 1-7 days not 60-90 days...that's bogus.

 

i guess you've never ordered some high end wheels before. someone people have waited more than this guy has for theirs. its the price you pay for wanting something that is rarer then your average off the shelf wheel. have you even tried calling them? thats the first thing i would do. i wouldnt jump the gun and post a complaint on a forum without even calling.

 

stuff from japan always takes longer than you think...just wait for them you'll be glad you did in the end
