Im looking at 2-3, 2 for just the rims, and Ill be going with TE37s in the 18" variaty. I figure 1000 is a good round number for tread costs plus mounting. probably a little less.

Im not sure what rims you can get that are more expensive than volks, I guess bigger...

 

I meant total package not just rims.....sorry.

Something around $3000+ for a nice set of 19" Advans or Volk.

 

PLan on getting thos se7en series rims for mine (when and if I get a Z)

HREs are so expensive. I want some, but there's no way I'll pay close to or over $1k per wheel.

 

I really wish I had that much to spend on rims, well I do but my wife would ****ing flip. I got 19s on my last car and with tires they were $2300 for the set. I wasn't easy getting those!

 

paid about 1200 for my 18" bortex's selling them for 1000
paid 2000 for my 19" iforged
sold my Track Rays for 2000
paid 800 for my 17" enkei rpo-2s for auto-x
so about $1000 net for the wheels and
600 for race tires, 900 for S-03s

2500 total

 

I want to get Traffic Star in 19":
I got quoted 2600.00 for chrome ones and 2400 for silver ones, just the rims alone. I got this qoute from valuetl at value-caraudio.com.
Today I went to a local store and I got much better deal on Dronell II in silver for 2000.00 19". I really love Traffic Star but I can use that 600.00 on the tires. What should I do?

 

In order to get our cars in the first wave, we have to pay an additional £1000 for the RAYS alloys ($1,558.12).

After that... who knows?

 

I thought Dronells were NO longer avail in US??
