i was wondering how will stock 04 rims look like with black on an silver z

My guess is that the silver version would look just like your avitar. And the black version just a little darker.

i would imagine it would be up to your own personal preference. I'm not trying to be an *** but I don't see why you would care what anyone else thought as long as you liked it.

I have the 17's on mine powder coated black...I like the way they look for the mean time.

I just got mine back from the powder coater today. Sitting right here in my living room next to me. You REALLY need to paint those center caps black or just take them off. Takes away from the rim alot IMO.

why take the center cap off ? does it look bad ?

it looks pretty good on the pic up there

They're semi-gloss. I didn't want them to shiny nor to dull. I was thinking about painting the caps black but I like them better the way they are.

Post the pics up with the centers painted also...maybe it will change my mind.

lol i was thinking about no gloss no shine

but then it might look to weird or som how endup hating it

They will look exactly like the OEM wheels except black.

I have seen the 06 wheels painted black on a yellow Z. It looked pretty good and definitely different. The only thing is that everyone knows that they are just painted or powder coated OEM rims.
