i ordered some rims the other day and i got these sizes.
front=19x9.5 +22 w/ 245 tires
rear=19x10 +12 w/ 275 tires
Will i have rubbing issues and how flushed will it be in the front and rear.
thanks!
BTW. the rims i ordered are below.
the wait begins...

Edit: the rims have arrived! i just dont have enough "funds", i just need to sell my volk sf winnings now.

Good gawd those are beautiful wheels!
Better make sure you keep those bad boyz clean & safe since I'm sure fixing curb rashes/scratches is going to be a PIA with those.
Post pics when you get these mounted!

Let's compare this with the average 10.5" volks.
Due to the smaller width of the wheel (10", which is .5" narrower than a 10.5" Volk wheel), your rim will differ in relation to the fender by .25" compared to the average 10.5" wheel of the same offset. .25" is equivalent to 6.35mm.
So, what this means is that the rim of your +12mm offset 10" wheel will sit at the equivalent of a +18.35mm offset 10.5" wheel.
In laymans terms, your rear wheel will be just as flush as a +18 10.5" Volk wheel.
Now the only thing you need to be concerned with is camber, how low the car is dropped, and the fact that the sidewall of the tire will bulge more on the 10" wheel than the 10.5" wheel.
Unless your car is dropped over 1" and you've got a camber kit running very little camber, I think your wheels will sit pretty flush without requiring fender rolling. I think your setup will look great!
Did I lose anyone with that?

You shouldnt have any rubbing issues but Id roll the fenders anyways or lower the rear more for more camber. Where did you order the wheels from if you dont mind me asking?
just posted this about a week ago...they're 18's, but you can compare the offset (and rim width) vs. 'flush look'
specs:
-2.5" drop front/rear
-JIC-2 coilovers
-Work Emotion CR Kai 18X9.5 +20 gunmetal
-BFG KDW NT’s, front: 245/35/18, rear 275/35/18
-fenders not rolled/modified
