Default 17' Aftermarket wheels?

So what do you guys think? be nice to be able to use my almost brand new tires and just grab a nice set of 17' wheels and save a ton of money

but i hate to buy some and be upset that they look too small >.<

anyone done this and got pics?

Several members do have 17-inch aftermarket wheels. SSR and WedsSport to name a few. Looks aside, they are primarily for weight advantage and performance.

i think you will regret it if you stick with 17s.. i "ALMOST" regret my 18s..

+1

get some light 17" and feel more performance gain than people who spend $1k on fancy exhaust and $500 on intake mods

These are 50% off at tirerack.com right now. 17x8 and only weigh 15.5lbs.


I got two of them just to use with drag radials.

The WedsSport TC005 is a winner. I believe that wheel has a +38mm offset. Do you see any problem clearing the brake calipers?

Theyre actually +32mm. I havent even put them on the car yet. Still need to get tires.

i have ssr gt7 17x8.5 35 offset all around. i want to widen the rears to 10.5 but i will probably need a 15mm spacer but yea performance is really noticable. but my speedo is off. but it all depends on what tire size you want.
