Default Bling, Bling - Track wheels are polished

If you like them, vote for me and give me some points, hehe. Damn, Rays puts some real good metal into these Track wheels. All you have to do is remove the paint and polish the hell out of them.

These are not chrome, just real good Rays metal and polish. The inner areas are painted charcoal.

Like 'em? I do.

Steve

Looks kewl! Might look even better if you get the spokes to be charcoal too... give you that nice grey center with a nice polished lip! =).

Seems like an expensive job... how much did it run ya?

Did you do them yourself? If so, what's the process? If not, then what was the cost and how long did it take? It looks good! 1 point for you!

Very clean job whoever did it. Polishing out aluminum is no easy task.

If they aren't clear-coated you may want to consider it while they are so nice and clean so they stay that way.

I have used the guy before and brought him a lot of business so he gave me a deal. The normal price is $750 for all four. This includes dismount tire, remount and rebalance.

Wow. Id like to see this done on just the outer lip, not the spokes. Would that be possible, or would u have to polish, and then do some paint touch up to get the line straight. I like wheels with polished lips.

Default Coat em to protect the shine

I agree with whoever said you should coat them if you have not already.

I can't remember the name, but on one of the truck shows on Sunday TV I saw a specific product for protecting polished aluminum. Sorry I can't recall the product name or which show it was, but their point was that aluminum will oxidize and haze over if not coated. I imagine hot aluminum with brake dust on it oxidizes even quicker.

The wheel look awesome! Good call on the polishing.

Wow dude. I can't believe that's just polish. As we know - our Track rims are painted so that's an amazing job. Like someone else said - not my style but looks beautiful. Be interested to hear how they hold up to wear.
