as the title says i need ur opinion guys..
i have stock 06 rims so should i put
15mm front / 20mm rear
or
20mm front / 25mm rear

Well I am assuming you are trying to push the wheels out more to create a more negative offset look. The amount of spacing is really up to you how close to the fender you want your wheels to stick. Just remember the wider of a spacer you go with the more stress you are putting on your wheel studs because the weight bearing contact point is distributed further from the base of the stud.

I have H&R Trak spacers on my '06 Z -- 20mm front & 25mm rear. Here are a couple of pictures with my stock rims & tires:

There's nothing wrong with having spacers . . . I have taken it to the track & autocross, and it handles well with the spacers. The rims/tires are flushed on the fenders & gives it a more aggressive stance. My Z is lowered also if that makes a difference. I ordered the H&R Trak spacers from Performance Nissan. It's made from Germany and are used by almost all European sports cars (BMWs, Porsches, etc.) to give them that same look on my Z.
