615's are great dry street tires, just don't expect them to perform in the rain. Many people that track for fun use them because they are one of the best street tires and are cheap. Plus, they don't have to own an extra set of wheels for track tires, as there street tires are their track tires.

with the falken 615's in a size 255-40-18 (for my stock track wheels) have more or less grip than my toyo T1R's 285-30-19's? considering all conditions are ideal.
