i am interested in seeing what you guys think are the best tires to get for all season driving. i want something that will work for autoX and street use. price is not important. also if you could say what kind of tires you have now and how you like them dat be cool.

If money was not an issue then Michelin PS2s, Yokohama AVS Sports, or the old Bridgestone S03 Pole Positions. You can also search and find your answer.

For the street, I'm using Michelin PS2s. They're expensive but have great dry traction and good wet traction. I've even autocrossed them in the rain.

For Autoxing, I'm using the Falken 615. It's probably the closest thing you can get to R-compound tires that are still streetable. They don't have the wear life that the PS2s have.

If you can only have one, get the PS2s.

My Toyo T 1 Rs do just fine. Michelin PS2s get good reports. Same for GoodYear F1 GSD3.

Look at :http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...ay.jsp?type=MP

All of the above are summer tires. For winter, Blizzacks seem to get good marks on here.

why does no one give props to Yokohama AD07's? Tire rack has them rated better than any of the tires anyone has listed here.

all season and auto-x are mutually exclusive IMO. Pick up a set of spare wheels, and run a winter and summer set, you'll be happier in the end

I use Cooper Zeon Sport A/S all season tires. Least expensive, compared to the others mentioned, and works great wet or dry.

those "ratings" are based on reader reviews not actual testing.

for a solid opinion call Tire Rack themselves and ask what they recommend.

Goodyear F1 GS-D3 or Michelin Pilot PS2 for max performance tires...Yokohama ADVAN Neova and Bridgestone Potenza RE01-Rs are awesome, but they don't make them in most Z fitments unless you are running aftermarket 18's...they are ridiculous

Advan A048

You can drive them on the street, unless it's raining.

I've had GoodYear F1 GSD3 on my last two cars and will be getting them for the z later this year. Awesome tire wet & dry!

Goodyear F1 GSD3s are all time favorites. Advan Neovas if they would import the good sizing, Bridgestone RE-01Rs are awesome and if Goodyear would sell the Revspec here in the US that would rock.

Falken RT-615s are pretty good as well and worth considering.

I love my Falken Azenis RT-615s. I hear Goodyear F1 GSD3s are good as well.

While were on the subject, need help deciding what a good tire would be for me. I am looking for something quiet, beings I will be living in Florida soon guess it could be a summer tire. good grip dry and decent in wet conditions. Also, had success tire with the extra bead of rubber to help prevent curb rash on your rims.
