Default just want to double check...

tires: 225/45/18 front .... 245/45/18 rear
wheels: 18x8 +20 front .... 18x9 +20 rear

is this a safe set-up?

also is TPMS installment required?

Technically it is illegal to remove the TPS from the vehicle.

It is also adviseable to keep them as well if you don't want warning lights and buzzers to come on in the car.

No just put your stock ones on the new wheels. Simple as that.

its safe, but why not go wider on the tire size? 245/40/18 and 275/40/18 would be a better fit, and provide better handling

that is an ultra conservative setup that really is not going to look like most people's cars here

You should be looking at an 18x9 all around, or 18x8.5 front (minimum), and at least a 9.5 out back
