+30 and +35mm they said if it doesnt fit they will exchange it..

front has about 1" lip and rears have 2"

depends on his definition of cheap really. but in your case, the whole 19 inch issue will shoot the price up. you can get 275/35-18's or smaller for under 250 with great tires (KDW2's, Azenis, T1Rs, RE050A PP, F1 GS-D3, etc) 275/35 or 40 - 19 is gonna be at least 300 bucks for anything descent.

send them back, +30 +35 wont look terrible but they wont look aggressive at all.

the lip is not that big but they look nice how much difference will the offset make?

do you want something that looks slightly tucked in or something that looks flush with the fenders?
