Spare on rear. Car moves side to side with throttle and brake.
I got a flat tire in the rear. 275/35/19. I swapped out to the spare doughnut to get home. I noticed with the spare that with throttle the car would want to go one way. If I let off or applied brake, the car would want to go the other way. I would have to countersteer quite a bit to get it straight.
Is this normal? I do have the Nismo LSD also. Thanks.

depends on how fast you are going...
the wider width tire will take control and bias the traction to one side over the spare. with a non-open LSD (vhat you have), the case is worse because the spare's far less desirable circumference, contact patch and grip have huge differences from the 275/35/19 wheel and tire. so the LSD transfers torque to the slower spinning wheel, the 275/35, in an event if the spare does not gain traction at all to maintain direction of path... causing you to turn sideways and whatnot.
so, all in all... drive slow!

basically, si nce ou have an agressive lsd and different diameter tires from side to side, your lsd is working hard to send power to the slower spinning wheel. same thing happens when one of your tires have a difference of about +/- 10lbs from side to side.
dont drive on it too much, or you will heat up/wear your diff really quick! get a new tire asap, or just put some same diamter tires on the back.
