"Directional" tires should not matter unless you are taking the actual tire off of the rim and giving it a "180" before putting it back on the wheel. If you take off the two rear wheels and put them on the reverse sides of the vehicle, the tread will be pointed in the same direction, and would be fine (not TPS, tho).. just FYI

 

That's not a problem . . . you can just drive in REVERSE and the tires will be fine.

 

To swap the tires left to right you will be turning them 180 degrees, thus making them operate backwards. I guess that as long as I don't drive the car too hard it shouldn't be an issue.

Actually, now that I think about it, I am having drag radials put on in a few weeks. I will have them swap sides when they are installed.
