Auto RnD ROCKS!!!!!!
I am soooo impressed with Rishie (Auto RnD)!!!
1) He withstood a barage of PMs from me walking through all of my questions about wheels and the correct offsets for my car and tires. Answered all my PMs the very same day, usually just within minutes! Ended up buying a set of Enkei RP03s. Oh yeah, he got me my Eibach pro-kit springs too!
2) I got everything within LESS than a week of ordering!
3) When the going got tough, Rishie kicked @ss! I got my wheels yesterday and didn't open the boxes until getting home from work when I noticed one box was ripped on the side and found the rim lip abraded.
I took pics and brought the box in to work with me today and sent Rishie an email with the pics attached. Just like all my other correspondence with him, Rishie responded immediately telling me not to worry ("This will get handled, no worries" - his words exactly) and that he was getting in touch with Enkei. Within maybe 30 minutes he replied again informing me that all I needed to do was email him the tracking number and that Enkei was shipping me out a replacement and UPS would come pick up mine for return!! That, my friends, is the epitome of the word "SERVICE"!!
Sharing the cudos with Rishie is the Enkei Group for allowing this turnaround to happen without making me walk through miles of paperwork, red tape and hoop jumping!!

Just doin' my job. Our service integrity is everything. We might not have the best prices on everything but we sure do care about our clients.
Can't wait to see pics. Hopefully i'll get a tracking # by Monday.
