27,000 miles is OK for performance tires.
Do they wear evenly?
Photos are helpful.

yes they are pretty even. i just never own a high performence tire like that before. thats why i was asking. i think if i would of rotate the tires they would of last at least 5k more. but i never got around to it. because i notice it only wear out on the inside part of the tire.

You are eating the inside edge of the tire. Its time for an alignment, or just buy cheap tires.

you appear to be lowered in which case you would most likely need a camber correction kit to bring back your rear camber closer to OEM specs. Personally though I like more neg. camber anyways, and if you are already getting 27K out of a set of rear tires I wouldnt even bother...

tell me something i'm not too familier with all this stuff. i bought the car stock it had the stillen pipes and i belive it was lowered. if i want it back to factory it should only lift it up a lil right. and what would i need if i want it back to stock as far as the suspencion. personally i always thought it was too low on the rear.

You will have to look under the car, and see how the suspension is altered. Most likely springs or coilovers. To get it back to stock, those will have to be replaced with OEM parts.
