I just put 19's on my car and I am noticing a noise coming from what I think is the control arm on the front driver side wheel. The noise sounds like something is to tight on the arm, you can hear it when you turn the wheel at low speeds. The car itself does not seem to handle differently just hearing a noise. Has anyone else had this problem?

Make sure all of the lug nuts are torqued to the proper amount (I think the owner's manual says 80 ft-lbs, but don't quote me on it). Sometimes lugnuts can come loose after you initially install the wheels, and although I'm not sure that loose lug nuts would cause a knocking sound it is probably worth checking anyway.
Have you recently done any work on the suspension? Anything not torqued back to OEM specs after disassembly/reassembly in the suspension area has a tendency to make a popping sound.
Also what is the wheel width and offset, and what series tires are you running? Need to make sure that the inner edge and/or top of the tire is not interfering with the control arm or fender lining.
Good luck!

Yes I am sorry I didn't mention it, I had some suspension work done, replacement of the front driverside control arm. But the car drove fine with the stock wheels and tires no noise that is why I probably didn't mention. The new tires and wheels specs are as follows:
Front Wheels: 19x8.5
Rear Wheels:19x10.5
Front Tires: 245/35R19
Rear Tires: 275/30R19
Got from Tire Rack so I am pretty sure they were set up correct.
