Default Slip light came on after installing new rims!!!

I just recently got the new work wheels varianze t1s and had problems installing the new wheels. There was some little bolt that had to be taken off in order to fit them.
The tires are 245-35-19(19'' 9.5) in the front and 275-35-19 (19''10.5)in the rear. I started to drive and the SLIP light came on and i lost power. It did it for a few feet and then went away.
Any ideas how I could fix that? Or will it just go away?

Nothing wrong with those tire sizes so that shouldn't have triggered it. Was it a one-time occurrance or is it happening all the time?

If one-time, forget about it. If it's recurring, my guess would be that one of the wheel speed sensors got disconnected or damaged when the wheels were being removed/installed.

New tires are very sippery, give them a few miles to break in and you should be fine.

Agree. The tire height is perfect. New tires are slippery. So they SLIP.
