You won't feel any difference. You're only talking about a few lbs per wheel. In theory, yes, they handle better and there is a slight performance improvement.
The track rears are 18x8.5" vs. 18x8" all around on the touring. You could probably run a little bit wider tire on the rears. But like dave said nothing too drastic in change.

He's talking about the wheels not the tires. Tires are the number 1 difference maker in most applications.

It doesn't matter if you have lightweight rims or tires, you're still removing unsprung weight. All I'm trying to say is that when you remove a decent amount of weight from tires or rims, you should feel a slight difference in acceleration. So I'm answering the OP by telling him what he'd feel with rays.
