Default Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 Treadwear

How many miles should I expect to get out of these tires? Reason I am asking is because they are very expensive, and I hear they are very good, but if they only last 15-20k I will have to choose something else.

15-20k? pfffft... my rears lasted what? a couple months?

great tire if it's nice and warm out, but in cold they are pretty rock hard. I really didn't think they were much good until it was atleast 75 outside... maybe more.

Have it for 5k miles now. Expect to last 35k for the front and 25k miles for the rear. I live at CA so mine have no problem when weather is cold or hot. You will know how good the tire is when rainning.

It's going to depend on you driving habits... I've got my oem tires to last 22k so far, and thats with 4 autox's. Since GS-D3's have a higher tread wear (240) and as long as you're not out there tearing up the street I'd guess you should get 30+k out of them. I'm hoping to get 35+k out of them myself!

rears have lasted me about 11k miles. That is with aggressive driving for about 5k miles, and the reat spirited from time to time. Expensive like hell to.

I don't know why my tires last that long. I had Potenza S-03 Pole Position and last 33k miles (tread wear 220) front and 22k miles for the rear. I drive hell la fast at corner and many times 100+ mile at local. Maybe I have very good toe-in that makes tires last long.

I bought my GS-D3's when tirerack had it on sale. $175 for front 245/40/18 and $197 for rear 275/35/18.

There are just so many variables that influence tire wear…

With that said, I’m expecting 26k-29k on my Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 rears (245/45-18”) looking at the wear so far with my driving style.
