Default so tight~~

I was trying to install the ichiba wheel spacers , started on the rear passanger side. the bolts holding the caliper werent that hard to remove.
but then i tried to remove the bolts on the second part of the caliper.. holy mother f***& ,, those two 19mm bolts are tight as hell....
wd-40 was used but no help....so i give it up....~.~...i dont want to spend money to find a shop for such an easy job...
anyone has any idea of an easy way how you loosen these 2 bolts ???

I think some people put a breaker bar on it and then jack the wrench to brake the nut loose.

Get a bigger breaker bar or go as your girl for some help

Yeap, I use an 18" breaker bar and have to pound on it to break the bolts loose.

Yeah, those things are a biatch. I was lifting my whole body off the ground with a bigass breaker bar trying to do it (and hoping the car didn't fall on me).

My suggestion is to get some air tools...

those are easy. They are on tight but can be easily removed. Just put the regular socket and rachet on there. Then use a metal hammer and hit the rachet at the very end of the rachet in the direction that it needs to be open. Just hit it until it opens. Easy stuff. This is the only way if you don't have a breaker bar. Your human strength isn't going to open it.

I tried just like what you said .... i was able to break loose one bolt on top but then after ..non of them felt like to loose for me ..haha..
so spending the money on breaker bar and time and also might as well get injure...i would say i need my hands for my girl .. lol.. go to a shop might be not a bad idea for this ..haha..seems this should take them less than an hour ... if the labor and time im guessing right should be somewhere around 100 ??

Where are you located? i'll help you out if you are close. THis is easy stuff. If you can't break open a bolt, i dont' really know what to tell you if you want to do anything that is remotely hard. Breaker bar is only to get leverage. You can use a jack pipe and stick it in the rachet and is the same thing. I'm telling you, keep hitting it with the hammer. YOu don't have to use the metal part on the hammer but right underneath that where the stick handle is. Just a couple hard taps and it will break lose. Those bolts aren't torqued on that much.

i know its easy ...thats why i stated i didnt wanna go to a shop and ask them to do it ..lol.. but since the method i used was the same as yours ..but still cant break it loose .. i mention that i did loosen one of them but the rest just not like what you think ...when i hit it .. the bolt just change its shape , so now the socket cant easily put on the bolt ..i dont wanna force it so .. i think its better to take it to a shop cuz if i hit it few more times...the 6 sidesd bolt will become rounded for sure ..in the end still have to take it to the shop lol..... plus im lazy haha.....
plus plus i dont wanna buy a breaker bar just for this since already got too many tools at home but no breaker bar how ironic....lol.....anyways.... i put most stuff on myself ..but sometime i get lazy ..haha..

What size socket are you using? There should be no stripping of the bolt occuring. Maybe you do need to take it to the shop now..lol. I never seen anyone strip automotive suspension/brakes heavy duty bolts before.
