Not going to bash you on using spacers I don't really mind, but I would go maybe 5-10mm bigger on the spacers front and back. Hell 15mm if you want. Sounds like you have a good stretch on the tires don't be afraid to push it a little more. Otherwise looks good

I like the european look where the tyres bubble over the rim instead of stretched.
