Ok so say i go with 18 or 19 by 9.5 front and 10.5 or 11 in the rear the lowest offset would be around -5?

In that realm. Anything more than that will require a bit more attention. Again, it's not a lot required. A pull and some camber can allow a bit more. You got any idea on tires cuz I'm sure you're aware a stretch will be required.

If you go with an 11" or more in the rear, you'll definitely need more negative camber if the offsets are under +5. Also depends on the tire sizes you choose, I was running 255 on the 10.5 and it wasn't a crazy stretch, just enough to clear from rubbing in the rear.
Currently, i'm running an 11.5 +5 in the rear with 255/35 tires and I have to run about -3.5 camber.

I was able to run 19x9.5/10.5 +7 all around with just a fender roll, no pull and not have to have front camber adjusted. Rear camber was about -2.5.

Taking notes so as soon as i'm done with my IS i will get started on my Z.

glad to help. The Z has more camber than the IS from the factory, so, if you keep everything relative, you'll see a larger offset available in the Z. However, all of this changes if you've got brembos. It changes the game.

That will fit in the front with no fender work needed, assuming that your going to stretch tire. Oh and the front fenders come rolled from the factory so the only modification you can do to the front fenders are "pull them"
